Alternatives Centre For Behavioral Health

Anger can result in problems at work, home, and with the legal system.  If you cannot control your anger, your anger is controlling you!

Alternatives Centre utilizes the Anderson & Anderson "Gaining Control of Ourselves" model as the curriculum for our Anger Management Program.  All facilitators are certified in Anger Management Counseling.  A certificate of completion is provided upon successful completion of the program.

Groups are provided in English and Spanish and are held on Saturdays from 12:00 noon until 2:00 PM.  Evening groups are available as the need arises.

The Alternatives Anger Management Program meets the requirement for court ordered Anger Management classes.
