Alternatives Centre is a free-standing mental health and substance abuse treatment facility that began operation in January 1995.  The facility is locally owned and operated and complies with all state and federal rules and regulations.  We are licensed by the state of Texas and accredited by the Joint Commision For Accredidation of Healthcare Organizations.
